Terms of Service
The agreement between Turf Patrol and the homeowners we serve across Thousand Oaks and the Conejo Valley.

Service
Turf Patrol provides recurring pet waste removal at the address and frequency agreed upon at signup. We provide our own equipment and sanitize between visits.
Scheduling and access
You agree to provide reasonable access to the service area on scheduled visit days, including unlocking gates or providing a code. Visits that cannot be completed due to lack of access may still be billed.
Pricing and billing
Recurring service is billed weekly at the plan selected during signup: Weekly $36, Twice Weekly $59, or 3x Weekly $79. Every plan includes enzymatic odor treatment at each visit, off-site eco-friendly disposal, and service for up to three dogs. There are no long-term contracts.
Cancellation
You may cancel recurring billing at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and service remains active through that date. Contact Turf Patrol to request a service-frequency change.
Liability
Turf Patrol carries appropriate insurance for the work performed. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
